Planning a wedding from miles away can feel like you’re juggling logistics across time zones… but it doesn’t have to feel this way. We understand even as a local you can be overwhelmed by the options available; Or on the contrary, feel completely lost on where to even begin wedding planning. With the right guidance, support, and a team you trust, long-distance planning becomes a beautiful journey instead of a stressful one.
When you can’t physically be here, we become your eyes, your advocates, and your local eyes and ears. From venue walkthroughs and curated video tours to design boards and real-time updates, every decision is made with intention and heart, as if you were standing right beside us.
Now, some couples get the chance to come to Vegas a few times and that’s when we get to have the most fun. We use these opportunities for venue visits, menu tastings, floral and décor mock ups, hair and makeup trials and engagement sessions. Others don’t get that chance, but thanks to the ever-evolving technology, we get to stay in touch with all the updates via video calls and our planning software.
Over the years we have worked with many out-of-town and even overseas couples to help them find their venue and the right creative partners for their wedding. We know who will do a phenomenal job, have great communication and bring their A-game to the event.

There are so many different lodging, dining and entertainment options at various price points. Being such a hospitality driven city, the majority of your guests will make the trip as they will use this opportunity for a small vacation. We’ve seen couples initially forecast 60-75% of their guests attend, when in reality we see close to 85%. Keep this in mind when selecting your venue and of course planning your budget.
